Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. You can receive a full refund when you return your item(s) within this time frame.

If you receive item(s) that are defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

For faster processing of your return or exchange, kindly email us your order number, contact information, photos, and videos (if applicable) showing the damages or flaws. Please hold on to all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Before returning any items, please contact us to obtain the correct return details and address. All returns for refunds must be authorized by Waykar within 30 days of delivery with a valid RMA number. For more information, email us at support@waykar.com. Please note that if you return the item(s) for personal reasons (non-product quality related), the return shipping cost is at your expense.

Also, please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition, so as to not affect the second sale. Refunds will begin processing once the item(s) are inspected upon their return to our warehouse.

RAM Numbers

Each order being returned must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order. If you are returning two or more products on different orders, each order must have a separate RMA number. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.

You may obtain the RMA number by contacting Waykar Support within the return period. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days upon issuance or receiving.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also update you on the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a fixed number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have yet to receive your refund, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. Then, contact your bank, as there may be a processing time required from their end.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only accept exchanges for damaged or defective products upon delivery. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us at support@waykar.com within 30 days of the purchase date with a description of the damage or defect.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before presenting it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. They will be notified regarding your return.

Shipping

If your return request is made after 30 days from the purchase date, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
