30-Day Free Return Window
We want you to shop with confidence at Waykar. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for refunds or replacements on all eligible items in their original, unused condition—no questions asked. The return period begins on the date of delivery.
If your return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. However, if the return is for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item), return shipping costs will be borne by customers themselves.
Before returning any items, please contact us to obtain the correct return details and address. All returns for refunds must be authorized by Waykar and include a valid RMA number. To start a return or get more details, please contact us at support@waykar.com.
One-Year Limited Warranty
After the 30-day return window has closed, customers may still request a return if their product exhibits a defect, damage, or malfunction within one year of delivery. Most eligible items may be returned for a replacement; however, after the initial 30-day period, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Additionally, the warranty will be voided in cases of improper use, including but not limited to:
- Failure to follow the user manual instructions;
- Intentional misuse or mishandling;
- Damage caused by violent impact;
- Exposure to liquids or infiltration of foreign particles;
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
- Damage from placing the device upside down.
Extend Your Warranty by One Year
Customers can extend their warranty to two years by registering at www.waykar.com within 14 days of purchase.
Please ensure all required fields are completed, including the Order ID and Date of Purchase, if applicable.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Parts and accessories
- Consumable items
- Items purchased with gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued once the return request is approved and the item is received and processed at our warehouse. The process typically takes up to 15 business days from the initiation of the return. However, in some cases, processing times may vary.
