Company stands behind product!

We bought this unit just over a year ago. It is a nice looking unit and it is perfect for our lower floor basement gym. During our first spring, it solved the problem of the carpet lifting due to humidity. The company's customer service is very responsive to emails. When our unit was not collecting water during our second season, the company offered to replace it or repair it out of warranty.

Our dehumidifier works great! It is quiet and efficient. When we did have a problem we were able to work with costumer service and they were wonderful! They helped us fix the problem and got back to us quickly!

Excellent Dehumidifier for Basement

Purchased for Basement use. Used to purchase general purpose models that inevitably iced up within a few years of continuous use. Decided to upgrade to a commercial size to see if it would make a difference. Waykar had very good reviews & seemed to be an appropriate fit for our purposes. Purchased unit just under a year ago & it has been very easy to operate & is very quiet.Unfortunately, it too eventually iced up. We contacted Waykar & they were very immediate in their attention & response.They were very helpful & thorough. We were glad that they assisted in troubleshooting techniques as we do want to know if we are doing something wrong. Decidedly so, however, it is not our issue. Waykar promptly replaced our dehumidifier as we were still under the generous 1 year warranty.Overall, we are still very satisfied with the dehumidifier & their Customer Service is trulyExcellent :)

Great customer service

I use this dehumidifier in my basement. I have recently had some issues with it (it runs 24/7), but Waykar support has been extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend connecting this to a drain so that you don’t have to empty it.
