The dehumidifier works well, however it is nosier than expected.
The panel is very poorly designed. There needs to be some contrasting dark lettering on the panel.

amazing customer service!

We have had this unit for about a week now. So far it is running great! I decided on this unit from Waykar, because of other's satisfaction with the company's customer service. After having been through multiple failed units from other brands with horrible customer service experiences; I decided to try to find a brand that cared. I really appreciate all of the customer service I have already received! They answered all of my questions quickly and with detailed information.

Attractive little machine that works

This dehumidifier is a tough employee and is as inconspicuous as a dehumidifier may be. It works difficult, too. We've it entering into our basement, which is pretty big, and it has made a distinction. My handiest grievance is that it got here without a plug, so we need to use the hose and drain it that way.
