We bought your dehumidifier because it's been so hot and humid here in NC and we wanted to give our central a/c unit a little help. We love the job it has done and we have suggested it to several of our friends and family. Ease of use is great. Simple to empty.
The unit arrived a bit slow but I blame UPS..
Believe it or not they put my AC unit on its side..
Because of this I had to let the AC unit sit upright for 48 hours to hopefully reverse any damage caused by the mistakes made by The courier..
In spite of trying to destroy my AC unit in shipping after sitting it up right for a few days it seems to function fine I will never know if it would have been colder had it not been stored incorrectly while shipping.. Needless to say the unit still works and works well.
It does not have oscillate function that is the only thing I think they could have improved however it is an excellent unit runs smoothly and fairly quietly and more importantly cools my room to a wonderful 70°.
Here in Northern California our temperatures can reach 116°.
Without AC I'm not sure you can even live in Redding California.

Today's UPS employee apparently does not know how to read of this side up sign.
And even worse does not know that you cannot lay a refrigerator or air conditioner on its side ever.. the first unit I ordered this summer was not a way car was also delivered laying on its side and never recovered its ability to cool..
Look for ware on the sides of the box if there is dirt scuffs or any indication that the air conditioner has been laid on its side refuse the delivery..
I asked the UPS employee why did he lay an air conditioning unit on its side he claimed he did not notice it was an air conditioning unit and that he lays things on their side so they don't tip over. This box was obviously marked this side up as any AC or refrigerator would be.. it is truly a shame and we have a generation of morons running the infrastructure of our country..
I received the part that I needed and it was easy to install. Now the unit is working great. Customer service was excellent and they were very professional.
Very fast delivery and "adorable" packaging. Fit the machine perfectly and have automatic draining going on.
It took a little time to get here from China but when it arrived it was a perfect fit! I have been using my dehumidifier daily and it hasn't failed me yet. Initial purchase for Waykar 2000 sq ft dehumidifier for home was May 21, 2021. Replacement cup needed because of mishandling of water canister by coworker. Excellent product with excellent replacement part and customer service!
